This camper is available for delivery only. We have a camp pad on our property that can be used without any additional fees.Queen bed in front. Double bed in back with single bunk over it. Couch and table both make into beds. The kitchen is stocked with dishes. Bedding, pillows, and towels are only provided upon request.We deliver, set up, fill up the propane, and empty the waste tanks when you are finished. All you have to do is show up and enjoy! We deliver to Cortez, Durango, Farmington, Monticello, and Bluff. We do not deliver to Morefield Campground or Telluride.The solar panels will run the lights and heater; however, if you would like to use the A/C, TV, outlets, and microwave, you will need to rent the generator or be plugged in to power.Generator rental $25/day, which includes 4 hours of use each day. Additional hours will be charged $3/hour. If you would like to rent the generator, please check with owner for availability when you book.No smoking. If the camper is found to have been smoked in, the damage deposit will be forfeited.At the end of the rental, the camper must be cleaned and returned in the same condition you received it. If the camper is found dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged.The camper is 29 ft long with the hitch -- please make sure your RV spot will accommodate this length.3 day minimum if delivery is more than 45 miles from Cortez
