Welcome to our 2019 Thor model 26B. There are so many family vacation options within a few hours drive of Southern California, why not take advantage of them in our cozy home on wheels?!At 28 feet long, beginners can drive the RV with relative ease and it will fit conveniently in most camping sites, yet it is still roomy enough inside for families to enjoy the trip in comfort. The rear back-up camera with in dash monitor is a helpful bonus feature! The Ford E350 engine powers up hills and averages 7-8 mpg. The RV is also equipped with both a generator and a roof mounted solar panel to charge up the house battery.There are seatbelts for 6 passengers and multiple sleeping areas to comfortably sleep 6: queen size bed with slide out, full width overcab bunk area, convertible jackknife sofa and dinette bed conversion. The kitchen area includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, large pantry and large stainless sink. We keep it stocked with dishware and utensils, pots and pans, toaster and a 10 cup coffeemaker. We also provide kitchen towels, broom, cleaning supplies, and RV toilet paper with each rental for no extra charge. You will find one TV with Blu-Ray player in main cabin and a 2nd in the rear bedroom area. The bathroom includes a full stand up shower, sink and toilet. In addtition, renters are welcome to park their personal vehicle in our gated RV parking while renting the RV.Our family of 5 and our 2 pups have enjoyed creating memories in this RV and we hope yours will too!

We expect the RV to be returned in reasonably clean condition, with no trash, sand, or mud, inside or out. The water tanks must be emptied by the renter and the gas tank returned full. Rental returns must be by 5pm. No festivals! No smoking, no climbing on the roof, no driving on dirt roads. If any of these conditions are violated additional fees will be assessed upon return.

We started our camping adventures with a toy hauler in the spring of 2018, quickly learned we didn't enjoy towing; and after a year of use, decided to trade in our toy hauler for a Class C. We appreciate our home on wheels and can't wait for continued adventures! Our family of 5 and 2 dogs enjoy meeting up with family in other parts of the state to camp, and to get away for weekend trips to the beach in our RV.
