Create family memories in this spacious travel trailer. Take time to connect with nature and disconnect from the stresses of everyday life. This travel trailer has a large slideout which makes the RV feel much larger. Enjoy the comforts of home with heater, air conditioner, shower, stove, refrigerator and a smart tv (Wifi is needed). Front queen bed has been upgraded to memory foam mattress. Optional (no extra cost) firepit for smores and campfire fun. If needed anti-sway bar and weight distribution hitch can be used to help towing easier. Please see list of items that will make packing much easier.

-Renter is responsible for dumping the waste or a fee of $50 will be charged.
-Trailer will be provided clean. We are not charging a cleaning fee to keep your cost lower. We are assuming it is returned with normal use. If the trailer is returned very dirty we will have to charge a cleaning fee.
Please note that experience is best when using full hookups. Dry camping is possible but air conditioner works with electrical hookups.
-Please be sure your tow vehicle has brake control
