Beautiful well cared for 2013 Motorhome. Cozy and inviting interior with lots of light. Plenty of seating and room for your family and friends with plenty of floor space for your puppies. Kitchen is open with spacious countertops including an additional extension for even more serving area. Stove, oven, microwave and pre cooled 6.5 cu ft refrigerator and freezer. Pots, pans and cooking utensils are supplied as well as non breakable plates, bowls, cups, silverware and coffee mugs for your early cup of JOE made in our Keurig coffee maker. A variety of seasonings are included.
The main living area is equipt with a 40" TV, DVD player and DVDs that will also play on a 20" TV in the bedroom. Table has ample seating for dining or playing games. Please go thru the entire listing for minimum night stays, cleaning an dumping fees and any add ons you might want to include to enhance you r stay.Cosa è incluso 4 full sets of towels will be provided. Toilet paper and first aid kit is also provided. The queen bed in the master will be made up with clean sheets, blanket, comforter and 4 pillows. 2 sets of full bedding with pillows will be provided for the fold out couch and drop down bunk beds. 3 sleeping bags are also available upon request. All tanks, water, propane and gas will be filled for your boondocking convenience or if in an organized campground full hookups will be connected. our rates include: propane, water, and gas. Hello fellow travelers. We retired our beloved 5th wheel and bought our class A motorhome a little over a year ago. We love camping in it so much that we decided to share it with like minded people. My wife, 2 teenagers, and 2 Labrador/Heelers love to boondock or stay in organized facilities. We especially enjoy our trips to Canyon Lake, Colorado and to the Camp Verde area. I enjoy hunting and fishing and my family likes to hike, swim, basically anything to get us out of the house and into nature. Come share in the experience with us and fall in love with the convenience and comfort of RV life.

Thank you for the use of your RV. Exceptional value and wonderful place to fall down each night upon returning from our daily excursions including The Grand Canyon and Williams, AZ. Tim and Carlen were very informative about set up and tear down. They were also always available the couple of times we had questions. Couldn’t ask for more. Great adventure made more wonderful by this comfortable and dependable RV. Thanks guys!

We had a great time in Cottonwood staying in Tim and Carlen's roomy RV. We were camping with some friends (in their own RV), along with some friends that stayed with us and there was plenty of room for the six of us to play games in the evening when it got too cold to sit outside around the fire (it was low 30's in the AM and pretty darn chilly as soon as the sun went down).

We had such an amazing time living out of this RV for a few days during our first family trip with our 5 month old, and loved that we were able to bring our dog too! Tim & Carlen are so friendly, communicative and accommodating, and their RV is clean, well-kept, and full of useful as well as thoughtful things. There is really nothing we needed that it didn’t have and we would recommend renting from them to anyone!
