5.0Jim is excellent to work with and the RV was great. With Jim's automotive background you can feel confident in getting a well maintained and prepared vehicle. I'll definitely rent from him again if the need comes around.

3.0The RV was great! Jim was wonderful about communicating before and during the vacation. He was accommodating to all of our needs and got us off on a vacation that created memories that will last a lifetime! Our only issues came after the vacation was over and we were charged $65 for not properly emptying the sewage tank even though we emptied it, put an odorizer tab in the tank along with a couple of gallons of water as requested so that it would be ready for the next renter. We were also charged $125 for not properly cleaning the outside of the RV. While I admit that there were lots of bugs on the outside of the RV, the charge for not cleaning it seemed excessive and was not outlined in the contract as one of the renter responsibilities. Our lesson learned, is to rent an RV that does not require that you clean the outside before returning it. It is very hard to find a place to clean the RV, not to mention the time needed to do so. We vacationed with 4 other RVs and none of those required outside cleaning before returning it.

5.0Jim was fantastic and very thorough. He made sure we understood everything about the RV before we left, and it made our trip go seamlessly. The RV was just as pictured and very easy to maneuver. We will definitely be renting from Jim again!

The Thor Freedom Elite was clean, stocked with many kitchen comforts and cleaning supplies. Jim was happy to help with offering additional items to enhance our trip as we were from out of town. The size was ideal to explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Our family of 4 especially enjoyed the RV amenities and the ability to expand our living quarters with the full slide out. Thanks Jim!
