Owner is responsible for deep cleaning after each use, but materials will be availablefor your convenience. Please do not flush toilet paper into tank, only use trash can provided.HAULING: bedroom closet doors and bathroom doors must be shut and secured with latch. living room TV and barstools must be secured with provided straps. all tanks (black, two grey, and fresh water) MUST be dumped prior to hauling to prevent any damage.REMINDER: Any type of interior/exterior damage of any kind will be an automatic deduction/total loss of deposit.
