Sleeps up to 5 with a bed/dinette conversion, a couch, and 2 bunks. Has AC, heat, and water heater. Bathroom includes a shower with a high edge for bathing small children, and flush-able toilet. Kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop, and microwave. Theres a built in blue tooth stereo and outside speakers. Plates, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, pots and pans included. Toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning wipes, broom, trash bags, and dish soap included. First aid kit and tool box included. 1 propane tank included. Electric generator and gas available for an extra fee. Due to awning damage during previous rentals, use is not allowed.
