Highly communicative and supportive
Chad and Kim consistently provide quick, efficient communication, offer thorough explanations, and are flexible. They go above and beyond to resolve issues, including coming out multiple times, fixing battery problems, and delivering a generator.
Easy to pull, clean, and cozy
Praised for its cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, and good equipment. It pulls easily. However, the battery struggles to hold a charge for extended use, particularly for heating, making it less ideal for boondocking without hookups or generator. Kitchen supplies are limited.

4.0Chad was very helpful and made the whole experience really easy. The camper was great and probably would've been perfect - but we stayed at a campsite with no hookups and no generator use allowed. This made the experience a little challenging as it was a very cold week and the heater would not work on the battery power. So, our only recommendation would be - don't use the camper at a site with no hookup or generator use allowed! :-) Oh, we would also recommend bringing some additional kitchen supplies as those were a bit more limited in the camper than we had anticipated.

5.0Great experience especially for Newbies at this ! Kim got us all hooked up and oriented explaining everything and Camper pulled great and performed well. We had a few things we forgot and a few glitches but Chad was quick to resolve over phone talking me through it ! Highly recommend them and this Camper especially for first timers !Thanks Chad & Kim we had a great time !!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
It is a 30amp camper and should be able to hook up at most campgrounds that allow RVs. There is a fresh water holding tank for while you are traveling or at a campground without water hookups, other wise you just attach the hose to the camper with the included hardware. The sewage attaches at sites with available sewage hookups. You can hook them up when you first get there or just wait until the tanks are full and do it then. Instructions will be given upon rental on how to hook them up.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up and drop off can be flexible. We can, for a small fee meet early or drop off late on either of the hand off days. As long as I know in advanced, I should be able to work with you. I will be happy to help you schedule a stress free pick up or delivery.
