Responsive and attentive assistance
The host, Adam Mitchell/Cozy Turtle, was described as very nice, answering all questions, and providing immediate assistance for a toilet issue. Guests found them helpful and attentive.

The RV offers plenty of room and amenities for families. While generally described as spacious, some reviews noted inconsistent cleaning, an odor needing daily air fresheners, and expected wear and tear.

5.0We loved the camper and the amenities. We had an issue with the 1/2 bath toilet, thankfully Cozy Turtle was out to help us immediately and the issue was resolved. Our only suggestion would be that the filters in the camper are cleaned regularly. The camper had a smell that needed Lysol, Febreze and candles daily to cover it up. We will contact Cozy Turtle for our trip next trip -- you make the trip so easy on us!

5.0Overall the RV was good, plenty of space and the family enjoyed it. The cleaning prior to us taking it for the weekend could have been a touch better in my opinion. Almost like it was just a quick cleanup from the people that left it before us and not professionally cleaned. And the RV is seeing wear and tear from it being used frequently, but to be expected. Will book again as the hosts of the RV were helpful and attentive to any questions we had.
