Just Pick your favorite camping spot and this RV does the rest by providing all the comforts of a home away from home all while enjoying the outdoor life. Queen bed mattress upgraded for improved sleeping. Includes a bonus powder room, very comfortable recliners, and generous storage for all of your camping needs. A outdoor kitchen which includes a mini fridge and propane stove which directly connects to two 20 gallon tanks. 35k BTU's for heating on those cooler nights or 15k BTU's with two separate air conditioners for those who want to escape the warmer climates. Outdoor and indoor speakers for your own choice of music with USB and Bluetooth connections. RaccomandazioniFor the little amount of time that we have owned our memory maker we have stayed at Carolina Pines which is a resort in itself which offers the best of land and sea experiences which includes free shuttles to the beach or sit back and relax in oversized lots and enjoy the amazing waterparks(peak season) and heated indoor pools. If you want a total salt life experience then I would recommend Ocean Lakes or Lakewood Resorts which also offer the same as Carolina Pines with a lower price for lots and utility hook ups. Even though pets are allowed it is important to report any damages(stains etc) ASAP so that it can be addressed during your stay to avoid further damage. Also when there are reports of high winds please use caution with the retractable canopy as this can not only cause damage to the RV but most of all the safety of those in the area of it. Leveling blocks are provided and are to be used to stabilize the RV only. Sanitary napkins and flushable wipes are prohibited from use and Scotts brand toilet paper will be provided along with "black tank" additives. No festivals, tailgating, and most importantly no smoking. Campfire safety should be adhered to at all times. Make great memories!!!!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Make sure you use plenty of water while utilizing the black and grey water tanks for easy disposal of waste and post clean up. Use RV toilet paper. The water in the unit can get very hot, please use caution and supervise young children when they are using the water. Check tanks often and empty as needed. Do not put out awning in wind or storms, even ones you may consider light. There is a broom and vacuum in the closet that is right inside the back door.

Hey Y'all! My wife and I made a decision to buy a camper a few years ago after we relocated from rural Pennsylvania to coastal South Carolina. Having this camper has given us the opportunity to make so many memories with our children in ways that hotels can not offer. Some call it camping and others call it "glamping" either way having this camper allows us to make memories and also the opportunity to allow others to make them as well. Happy Camping !!
