2017 North Trail is an excellent camper to rent! Our camper has only been used a handful of times. We have decided to share it with you. It has upgraded counter tops, along with stove, sink and microwave. It has an electric awning with led lights as well as an outdoor kitchen (stove, sink, and refrigerator) and speakers that will play music on the outside and inside of the camper. We have a clothesline/towel rack for the outside. The bathroom has a toilet, vanity along with a shower/tub. It has queen bunks, a table that turns into a bed, a couch that turns into a bed, as well as a queen bed. Tv can play in the kitchen/living room area as well as being turned around to the master bedroom. The master bedroom can be shut off from the rest of the camper to have some privacy. It also has heat furnace/water heater system. Tons of storage space to put all your belongings. Cosa è inclusoToilet paper and paper towels will be provided, Kitchen utensils will be provided, 2 chairs will be provided along with one table and cookware. I had two reservations. 1st. Erika, Great host, Great RV. She was always available before and during our trip. Everything was explained when RV was dropped off.
2nd. Camilo, worst experience ever. When RV was dropped off Host told us the awning was not working but someone would come to fix it which never happened. Issues with the fridge (was not working properly and we couldn't store food in it). Fridge stared to work on the end of the second day. AC issues, did not work properly, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep at night. AC finally started to work somewhat good at the end of the second day. Issue with air vent in the back of RV. Vent would not close properly and since it rained lots of our thing had to be moved so not to get wet. All this issues were addressed via text to host with no answer and or solutions. Today August 4th I texted host letting him know the keys to RV would be on the kitchen counter and once again I expressed my concerns with all the issues and requested some type of compensation, and once again no answer from the Host. I'm preparing to file a formal complaint with Outdoorsy and request a full refund for a service I really did not recieve. Thank you

It was filthy. It was nothing like the photos on your site. I sent pictures of how we found it. Dirty nasty mattresses, dirty nasty refrigerator and she had the nerve to make me pay for smoking. I DONT smoke. She said for cleaning the rugs, she knows she's never cleaned it since she bought it. Shame on outdoorsy for listing that nasty thing.
