There are a lot of places you can stay and don't need to drive 2-3 hours to find a hotel so you'll have more time to enjoy the natural setting. Driving through the Artists Drive with this trailer perfect, the night in the valley is so pretty. The desert night sky is wonderful. YingXiang is very responsive, which helped me on several occassions. The RV is a bit old, as others are saying, but it works well for the most part. I had to turn the burner on for a minute to get gas to circulate into the RV before I could switch the refrigerator to LP mode.

Trailer was as listed. Owner was responsive to messages. Older trailer which means its not in perfect condition which I appreciate because I don’t have to worry about normal wear on an RV while camping. Propane burner and heater work great. Fridge works okay. Bed was comfortable.
