This 2018 Shasta Oasis bunkhouse is perfect for a family of 4-5 or a few friends looking for a quick getaway! Super lightweight, weighing in just under 3,500 lbs (not loaded) & PET Friendly!*Owners will provide hitch and stabilizer bars for renters.Unit offers front Queen Bed, Booth Style Dinette which folds down for additional sleeping space.Bunk Beds in back each with their own storage area. Bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and large wardrobe cabinets.Kitchen offers sink, microwave, stove top burners, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage for food!Unit does NOT have a generator.***Renters Must empty gray water tank and black water tank before returning the unit or will be charged a dumping fee of $300.00!!***Renters Must not exceed a speed of 65 MPH on any roads while towing the 2018 Shasta Oasis 18BH. Do I need a brake controller to tow the unit?

A.

Yes. The Renter MUST have a brake controller installed on vehicle and a 7 pin connection. The Sway Control Hitch is provided for Renter, however we do not provide a hitch receiver. The hitch receiver on Renters vehicle must be a 2" receiver.

Q.

What is the towing capacity on the unit?

A.

The Renters vehicle max towing weight must be a minimum weight capacity of 4,300 lbs. The Renters vehicle must be able to tow at least 4,300 lbs or more.
