If the location is known to be a tight fit then you may be required to use our delivery and pick-up service to ensure the trailer safety and condition.Cleaning - The trailer is to be left in a condition close to how it was received. We will perform a thorough cleaning (interior and exterior) between each rental, so you are sure the trailer is in the best condition for your experience. If the trailer is returned in a condition that requires additional cleaning, there will be a cleaning fee taken from the security deposit.Grey Water and Black Water Tanks: All three tanks must be emptied completely before returning the trailer. This service is included with delivery/pick-up at no additional charge. We have instructions and locations in the trailer for your convenience. If you wish to have us dump the trailer, please let us know at the time you make your reservation so we can include the fee and schedule the time at the end of your rental. If the trailer is returned with non-emptied tanks there will be a fee.

Corydon was easy to work with, provided clear instructions, responded promptly to questions, was flexible with changes, and handled set up/retrieval efficiently.
Clean, well-stocked, and comfortable
The camper was clean, often described as new, fully stocked with essentials, had comfortable beds, good AC/heat, and an outdoor kitchen. Note: one report of a faulty fridge and sink issue.

5.0We had a great time with this rental. The pictures on the listing match exactly to what was at site. Communication with the host was exceptional, trailer was already set up before we reached site with easy operation instructions. The trailer was very comfortable for our family of six. The large pop out made for a ton of move around space to get ready for the days activities and the TV and dad's made it nice while relaxing after hikes. We had a great overall experience.

The trailer delivery times, and pickup times are very flexible and can be arranged to meet your travel needs. Please send a message to coordinate time for drop-off and pick-up. Most camp reservations in the area have a check-in after 1pm and pick-up before 11 am.
