Our trailer is like new! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Has bunk beds, a queen bed, and the dinette folds down into a bed as well. Has a shower in the bathroom and a shower outside. Power awning, ac and a heater that works great to make it super cozy. The underside is completely enclosed and the trailer has a great heater so you can still do some winter camping!Includes linens for the queen bed, cleaning supplies, RV toilet paper and some kitchen basics (see photo).This is a great trailer for fitting into some smaller spaces and you can camp with or without hookups. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are pretty flexible but work around our kids schedules so be sure to check in with us!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

This trailer is super easy to hook up. We provide adapters for the power. Fresh water connection and sewage easy to use. We will provide instructions upon pickup!

Does this include a generator or solar power?

At this time, we do not provide that. We hope to in the future!
