5.0Great rental. Ryan is excellent to work with. He is very communicative when setting up a time to meet and answers questions about the RV. He spends all the time you need showing you the RV and getting you set up and connected. His RV is fully stocked with anything you could want or need. He is so easy to work with and reasonable, too. He is honest and upfront, and I can see why he is a Super Host. This camper has it all. Comfortable bedding, AC, furnace, kitchen, toilet, and shower. We camped at Mueller State Park, and it was perfect. You can't go wrong with the value, communication, and RV amenities..

5.0Ryan is possibly the best host I’ve met yet. We were concerned about what to pack/bring as this was the first time we’ve rented “en-route” and not stocking it before we left. He assured us it was well stocked. Here’s the kicker, he messaged 7:00 am morning of pickup that there was a problem, he could get it evaluated at 8:00 and would let me know asap if we couldn’t pick it up, he felt horrible and would do whatever he could to make it right. We were blessed knowing we had tents and/or friends to stay with, if needed, for a night or two if we needed to get another trailer. So we were able to be patient and by 9:30 we knew it was a brake issue and would be ready to pick up by 4:00. 4 hours after we wanted to. Yet, Ryan offered to drop it off and help set up. AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY. Which is what he did, he arrived, helped us set it up, walked us through, left the hitch and drove home. I could not have asked for better communication, problem solving, and generous resolution. I’ll rent from him again any day. The trailer was clean, very well stocked, full of water, in great shape, included bedding, towels, outdoor furniture, and substantial kitchen equipment. We were at a powered site and the a/c was cold, the fridge and freezer were perfectly cold. Great trailer! Rent it!
