Regardless of the weather, you will be kept warm with the propane heat and cool with the electric air conditioning or vents within the camper. There is an electric awning with LED lights to enjoy some time outside, yet stay dry and shaded.Cosa è inclusoThis camper comes with 6 foot folding outdoor table, large outdoor mat, electric fan, portable fire pit with grill for grilling, all the connections required for a full hook up, leveling blocks, stabilizers, tool kit, Keurig coffee maker, Brita water filter, sheets, pillows for the queen bed. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, toilet paper(use RV toilet paper only), a roll of paper towels, hand and dish soap, and basic cleaning items, portable electric hot plate(so you can cook outside and not stink up your clothes inside the RV), microwave, stove top.

We take great pride in our family camper and hope you treat this camper as your own while you rent it. Please tell us right away about any issues or anything that may have broke during your rental.If picking up the camper and the vehicle you bring to tow is not compatible with the camper, the booking can be cancelled (in favor of the owner) and a refund may not be issued.If towing, your vehicle must be able to safely tow AND must have a brake controller. 7 pin connector required. If you don't have a brake controller. One is available for a $30 fee.$75 tank cleaning fee if not emptied/flushed outWeekday pickup and drop off times are after 5pm.
No refunds for early returns.

Jose frequently provided timely responses, thorough explanations for first-time RV users, and demonstrated flexibility with requests such as delivery, setup, and accommodating last-minute changes.
Easy to tow, clean, and comfortable
Guests consistently enjoyed towing the camper, noting it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The AC performed great in 90-degree heat, and its size was perfect for couples.
