1. The number one rule is to treat Goldilocks like your own, or better. This is our family camper that we want to love and share for years to come. There are a few more rules to keep everyone safe and the camper clean....
2. Please always use the supplied surge protector
3. Please limit the weight in the bunks to 500 lbs a bunk
4. Minimal rental age is 25 years old
5. Please dump the tanks or there will be a $100 fee assessed. (It's not that we don't like dumping the tanks, it's actually damaging to the RV to be driven with the tanks full) There are plenty of spots with restroom facilities if you just really don't like dumping the black tank. I promise it's not that bad and we do provide gloves.
6. ****NO Smoking AT ALL!!! If you choose to smoke in or near the camper there will be a $500 fee assessed.*****Last BUT NOT Least.... HaVe fUn!!! We love camping and being together as a family outdoors more then anything and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Goldilocks is easy to tow, comfortable, the A/C will freeze you out and the furnace will keep you warm so go out and enjoy the outdoors comfortably!!Cosa è inclusoGoldilocks will include the following:
*Fitted sheets for the Queen and bunks.
* Bath towels
* Washcloths
* Cleaning rags for those porridge spills
* Paper towels and RV safe toilet paper
* Kitchen essentials (pots, pans, washable bowls, cups, and plates, utensils, a small crockpot, a coffee maker, and two wine glasses)
* (4) camping chairs
* (2) tanks of propane
* Folding table
* Water hose
* Electrical hook-up for 30 amp
* Sewer hose

We are new to the San Antonio areas so we are constantly finding new places to share with our renters. Christine provided immediate responses, gave helpful refreshers and walkthroughs, and ensured the camper was set up with AC on prior to arrival.

5.0Goldilocks was the perfect RV for our family of 4, and Christine was an amazing host! She answered all of our questions quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Goldilocks was a breeze to pull. She was clean, stocked and had plenty of room for our family. We used the Blackstone outside that made cooking quick and easy. AC was nice and cold; the camper was stocked with everything we needed for our trip. While it wasn’t our first camper rental, we hadn’t rented in a while and Christine was happy to give us a quick refresher, which was great! She is very knowledgeable about the camper and answered any question we threw at her with ease. Thank you for everything, we really appreciate it, and hopefully we are able to rent from you in the future! 10/10, 5 stars, would HIGHLY recommend!
