Friendly, helpful, receptive to feedback
Robert is friendly, helpful during walkthroughs, responsive, and flexible. He openly accepted feedback for improving stocking. He is also described as honest and trustworthy, returning deposits in full.
Experienced significant mechanical failures
One rental reported the RV wouldn't start, lost power on the highway, and had critical wheel lug nut issues, impacting safety and causing delays. Other rentals found it ran great with useful features like an auto-leveler.

5.0Had a wonderful camping trip with our family in the RV. Met our needs perfectly as a family of 4. The RV was clean and well stocked. Convenient pick up and drop off and great response times. Would rent again.

3.0Robert was friendly, helpful with rig walk through. Auto leveler made things easy, good amount of space. We gave Robert some specific feedback about making sure rig is clean and stocked (enough tp, paper towels, utensils, garbage bags, etc.) He took feedback openly and we trust things will improve and yes we would rent from him again!

1.0Our family was anxiously awaiting an adventure to Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone. We have always wanted to take our children to both places and renting an RV to make it more fun. Left on a Monday afternoon and sadly never made it to our first destination, at least on time, as we experienced numerous RV issues that not only cost us a lot of money, but we lost out on staying at the destination. The RV wouldn’t start on Tuesday evening about 90 mins from our destination. We had to stay and spent the night at a gas station to wait for a mechanic to come diagnose the problem as the RV would not start. After the mechanic checked it and it seemed to be fixed, we were on the road again Wednesday, late in the morning. As we were driving, the RV completely lost all power in the middle of the highway and we had to coast to the very narrow shoulder and call roadside assistance again. Thankfully, we avoided a major disaster because there no big trucks behind us. Long story short, we eventually got the RV going again to make it to our destination a day and half late. On our way to our next destination, Yellowstone, we discovered the RV’s wheel had lost 3 lug nuts, they broke off, along with 3 other lug nuts quite loose that I could tighten them with my fingers. Only 2 lug nuts were holding the wheel in place. So we hunkered down for 2 nights waiting for someone to fix the tires, again. Avoiding another accident that could’ve cost us our lives. We spent most of our trip waiting for someone to fix the RV. This wasn’t the trip we paid for or were anxiously waiting for with our children. We also paid for nights we never got to use and that was well over $400 in expenses and we had to pay for nights at a KOA we never intended to stay at. While the host Robert and his wife were quite nice, the fact we didn’t get what we paid for is evident and our safety was in jeopardy. We paid to have a memorable vacation, but it turned into a nightmare as we didn’t know if the RV would continue to break down. We were beyond frustrated. Turned out to be a very expensive trip that robbed us of valuable vacation time. I don’t know anyone who would want to pay for a trip only to have over half of it waiting for someone to come fix your transportation so you could get on the road again.
