Custom #Vanlife Sprinter Conversion Van!Our DIY 2008 Dodge Sprinter conversion van is a great way to experience #vanlife for either a quick getaway or an extended vacation! This Diesel 3500 170 Extended conversion includes everything you need to stay off grid, with added ability to make use of campgrounds with shore power. The van has an alternator charger, 400 watts of solar, 300 amp hours of battery capacity, a 2000 watt inverter for powering standard household appliances, and 6 separate Gfci outlets throughout the van for convenience. Dual zone recessed LED dimmable lighting is installed in the kitchen and bedroom area. Our van includes a 53 liter dometic fridge/freezer, onboard water storage, water pump and sink, as well as a thetford portable toilet. Ample storage cabinets in the van for dry goods and clothes or adventure supplies. Both front seats swivel providing increased use of space, and a 24 inch Vizio HD TV is conveniently located mid van to unwind with a movie or Netflix. The van is equiped with a Weboost cell signal booster on the roof rack to increase coverage and boost signal. The roof rack is perforated so you can use the rear of the rack as a viewing deck. 2 maxxair fans with remotes keep the space cool, while a slider t-vent window and rear slider window allow for plenty of cross ventilation. In colder weather, the installed heater runs off the diesel fuel tank and makes the van super toasty. An induction electric burner and induction pots are provided for cooking meals inside the van without the need for propane.Especially unique for a van conversion, this van includes a queen size slat bed that can be adjusted to various degrees of heights. This allows for flexibility in under bed storage for all of your adventure gear needs. An integrated ramp system allows for motorized vehicles to be loaded and unloaded with ease. We have hauled 2 full size motorcycles and elevated the bed into a loft position with this arrangement. D rings are placed strategically in the van and bolted through the floor to ensure your heavy cargo stays put.This configuration allows us to accommodate those who would like to haul motorized equipment, mountain bikes, or really most anything else for that matter inside of the vehicle. If none of those apply, no worries, the bed can remain stationary in it's lowest position and and the underside can simply be utilized for dry storage underneath for all your camping or adventure gear. Additionally, the van includes a tow hitch and we can provide a motorcycle carrier or you can hook up a bike rack.Feel free to reach out and ask any questions you may have. *You must disclose all details of drivers, destinations, routes, and where you are staying. Any misreprentation of your itinerary is cause for us to deny or cancel or revoke your booking.
*We reserve the right to deny requests for destinations and activities that we deem not suited for our RV. For example, we are fine with folks taking the RV to most shows at the Gorge, but Burning Man and Shambala are a no.
*We track the vehicle via GPS. This provides location data to ensure the vehicle is not lost or stolen. The unit also allows us to monitor safe use of the vehicle, engine diagnostic codes, and any safety recalls. Tampering or disabling of the GPS unit will result in charges and possible cancelation of the booking.
*Pickup and drop off take about an hour each. There are rental documents to sign, driving rules to review, and operation of all RV equipment in and out of the Campervan. Upon dropoff, inspection of the vehicle and conditions are documented. Please plan your itinerary accordingly.Amenities included are: kitchen supplies, cooking supplies, silverware, dishes, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, portable toilet supplies, water hose and filter, shore power cord, camping chairs, first aid kit, coffee and tea.
