He has 3 slide outs, 2 create a huge bunk room in the back as well as the living room with extra-large panoramic windows, an 18’ lighted power awning (Disabled), outdoor speakers, & comes fully furnished with Lots of amenities & add-ons available to you at little-to-no extra cost.Discount Codes: We offer 10% discounts for "Repeat" and "Military" (active/retired) customers. Ask me to apply the discount.Maximus is equipped with the "Best In Class Value Package" which boasts a large capacity 10.7 cu ft fridge, a beautiful 30" built-in electric fireplace, a 55” Smart TV in the main living space with a 2-zone residential soundbar (FM, Bluetooth, Hdmi & USB), and blu-ray player & the Versa Lounge feature extends seating on the couch.The master bed is a King w/ an upgraded mattress pad for ultimate comfort, & there are 2 designated Cpap storage areas.Power: 50-amp electrical hookupDelivery: $50 Flat Fee delivery, setup, & tear down to the GA National Fairgrounds in Perry GA. Other than the Fairgrounds, I will deliver up to around 100 miles at $2.00 per mile for delivery & pickup. There's a $50 minimum for this feature.Note 1: Please do not throw any wet wipes, feminine products, or anything other than RV toilet paper in the sewage tank. If I need to go sewage fishing, your full security deposit will be used.
Note 2: We thoroughly clean before each rental, but we ask you to please clean the camper prior to return. A $100 fee will be deducted from your security deposit if the camper is not cleaned prior to return.
Note 3: Awning: Due to the number of damaged awnings, I've decided to disable the awning on my campers.
