Has a huge walk in shower It has a full size bed that pulls out with linens . The kitchen table folds down to make a bed also. It has 2 lawn chairs and 3 carpets for outside use, folding table, 2 tablecloths, small axe, small step ladder , tool box with tools you might need & 3 stacks of level blocks 10 per stack . It has a TV in living room and a TV in the bedroom both have DVD players. The one in the bedroom can also be used outside , the outside kitchen has a connection for TV. Movies and a AM/FM stereo with CD player Speakers inside and out. It has a awesome outside kitchen The outside awning and stabilizers are automatic. I want you to be able to begin your time off and away as easily as possible. If it is available the night before your trip you are welcome to pick it up that evening so you can be on the road first thing in the morning. . There is also a first aid kit, and fire extinguisher at your disposal. There are optional fees that will be added if not returned clean, gray and black tanks empty and keys returned and if camper is not returned by the time that we agreed upon when you departed with the camper . . The camper has two slide outs one on each side and is 31 ft e weight of this camper is about e tow vehicle should be a full size truck with a 2" hitch receiver with a 2.5/16 ball to slide the anti-sway system into. It is a Husky Centerline hitch that does not require sway bars. The vehicle also needs a 7 pin round electrical connector for the turn signals, running lights, and brake lights while it is being towed. Also you must have a brake control on your towing vehicle. If you have questions about whether your vehicle can tow it please don't hesitate to ask. We can delivery within 300 miles , at .60 cents a mile the mileage is times 2 ( that is to deliver then come back pick up camper ) If we are delivering and picking up the lasted we can pick up on the return is 12 noon.
