2019 Keystone Hideout

We recently rented this RV and had a mixed experience. While the RV owner was initially communicative, there were several issues during our stay that impacted our overall experience. First, the fridge did not work well, causing us to throw away 9 pounds of meat and chicken and make an unplanned trip to Walmart for replacements. Additionally, the electricity cut off multiple times due to a faulty adapter, which we only figured out on the last night. The master bedroom was notably uncomfortable as it wasn't connected to the AC, forcing us to buy extra fans to manage the heat. Furthermore, we were surprised to receive a claim for damages that we did not cause. The sink cover was not damaged by us, the blinds behind the kitchen table were already broken, and the master bedroom screen was only removed, not broken. Despite these issues, we initially decided to give a 5-star rating. However, after receiving no response to our concerns, we felt it necessary to leave a more accurate review. We hope these issues are addressed for future renters.
