2018 Maxx Lite trailer, this beautiful layout still smells brand new! Its equipped with extra features such as a super slide, a Full sized pantry, its own garbage bin with outside access. Imagine no more having to hang garbage sacks outside for critters to get into! Equipped with a queen-sized bed in the front bedroom, couch that folds into a full sized bed, u-dinette into a bed, oversized bunks that fit adults or multiple children per bunk. Two TVs, large bathroom with outside access, large refrigerator, microwave, stove, lots of counter space, tons of storage for all your camping needs and adventure gear! Can sleep 7-10 people if people are willing to bunk together. Outside awning and speakers to entertain on a cool summer night!The trailer is pack with a large fresh water and two grey water tanks, along with a large black water tank, perfect for long camping trips. Furnace, fan, and air conditioner, two large propane tanks, battery, and separate generator available. Must have a vehicle rated with trailer brakes and capable of hauling a large trailer! Willing to deliver trailer within a 100 miles radius for a fee.Included with your rental the trailer will come stocked with some pots & pans, utensils, plates & cups, kitchen supplies for cleaning, coffee pot, towels (1 per person listed with rental), 1 package of toilet paper, 2 camp chairs, mini propane grill, 1 outside table, limited linens but encouraged to bring your own, limited supply of soaps & shampoo. Pets are allowed but no sleeping in the beds,bunks, or on the furniture. We ask that they please be put in a crate or kennel at night when inside, crates can be provided $5 a day. As always we encourage you to bring whatever supplies you may prefer. The trailer will be cleaned and sanitized extensively during this Covid19 time, camp with ease as it will be professionally cleaned each time. Please return the trailer clean, garbage emptied, and the holding tanks empty or they can be dumped for a $70 fee.
