This family fun travel trailer is equipped with all the features to enjoy RV parks or boon-docking. All you need is food, yourself and clothes. The Coleman Lantern 17b features a fridge/freezer, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, enclosed bathroom w/ shower, 27 gallon fresh water tank, 8 foot awning, and a mounted Roku TV.Need To Know:-Shore Power/30Amp electrical hook-up (Watchdog 30 amp surge protector included)-Propane (included) will run: 2 burner cook top, water heater-Sleeps 5-6: Two adults in the queen bed, two adults in bunks, one adult or two children in dinette bed.-Dogs are welcome. I ask that they be house-trained and NOT left unattended within the camper if destructive.-Please NO Smoking inside camper.**Located in the Duluth, MN areaCosa è incluso• Towing hitch included with weight distribution kit.
