Our home away from home is equiped with a queen sized master bed with storage above the bed and deep closet space, and a full size bed. The bathroom has a stand up shower/tub for privacy and convenience, as well as toiletry storage under the sink and a full kitchen perfect for cooking yummy meals. Thank you for staying in our RV! Please follow these guidelines so everyone has a great experience.
1. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.
2. Guest Limit
Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay in the RV. No large gatherings or parties inside the RV.
3. Be Gentle With the RV
RV systems are different than a house. Please be mindful when using appliances, doors, and furniture.
4. Plumbing Rules
Nothing except RV toilet paper and human waste may be flushed in the toilet.
Do not flush:
• Wipes
• Paper towels
• Feminine products
• Food or grease
5. Food & Cleanliness
Please keep the RV reasonably clean during your stay:
• Wipe down counters
• Wash dishes after use
• Take trash out regularly
6. No Climbing on the Roof
For safety reasons, guests are not allowed on the roof of the RV.
7. Outdoor Respect
Please respect the campsite or property where the RV is located and follow any campground rules.
8. Report Issues Immediately
If something breaks or isn’t working, please notify us right away so we can help fix it.
9. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM – 8 AM (or campground rules if applicable).
10. Check-Out Expectations
Before departure please:
• Remove all trash
• Wash used dishes
• Gather personal belongings
• If check out is on a WEEKDAY pickup will be between 6pm- 7pm, unless otherwise noted, weekENDS will be 12pm unless the campground has other rules*

How many can sleep comfortably?

Our camper can sleep 4 comfortably. We recently removed the top bunk bed to create a more comfortable sleeping area.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Upon set up we do a thorough walk through to ensure you're comfortable during your stay. If you don't have sewer at your campsite, keep an eye on the tank levels- you don't want those to overflow (stinky!). Additionally ensure the hot water tank stays on!
