Fresh linens, blankets and pillows provided including the dinette bedding which is located in a plastic container under the queen bed. 5x Towels, 2x hand towels and 5x wash clothes are located in the bathroom along with hand soap, 2x toilet paper and 2 trash bags provided for the trash cans. Tableware, flatware, coffee mugs, (5x serving set) cookware, cooking utensils, knives, cutting board, 2x dish rag and 2x towels, 3x pot holders, kitchen and bathroom garbage cans with 2 bags provided, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, foil and a striker to light the stove top. 5x camp chairs, 13” TV, Bluetooth Stereo, LED Lit awning.

Huntington State Park (10 minutes away) is a warm water reservoir perfect for boating, water sports and fishing. Millsite State Park (40 minutes away) is a cold water reservoir also perfect for boating, water sports and fishing. We also have Millsite Golf Course (40 minutes away) which is an 18 hole course with a par 3, rated one of the toughest holes in the State. Goblin Valley State Park (2 hours away) filled with fascinating sandstone formations and breathtaking night skies. Hiking and biking trails in the park and off-road trails just outside the park. Other attractions: Scofield, Green River Golf Course and Dead Horse Point State Parks within 2 hours. Arches and Capital Reef National Parks. Carbon Country Club Golf Course.Altre cose di cui prendere notaWe ask that any used bedding, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, pot holders, dish towels, dish rags, etc. be placed into the laundry bags provide (stored in the right hand cupboard by the radio) so we can clean and sanitize them for the next guest. We also ask that you wipe down all counter tops, table top and remove all food from the cupboards and fridge at the end of your stay. Please also wipe out any spills and remove all trash. The septic tank will need to be dumped before drop off or a fee will be applied. We also ask that the septic tank attachment hose be rinsed out before it’s replaced in it’s container. No pets or smoking allowed to protect those individuals who suffer from allergies or asthma. Festivals are not allowed. Tailgating is welcome.

5.0Tina and Chris are the nicest people you will meet. Very helpful and had everything ready to go. Even gave us some great directions to get to our destination easily. The extra "smores package" was a fun bonus. This was a great rental!
