Brand new 2021 Kodiak. Only used four weekends this year. A/C, furnace/water heater. Full hook-up ready. Comfortable love seat which pulls out to full size bed. Dining table also coverts to a full size bed. Side out give lots of room for all to enjoy.

No smoking, no climbing on the roof. Only house broken pets. No birds, exotic or otherwise. Trailer to be kept clean and real. Use sanitizers in black tank and fresheners in fresh water tank. Clean out tanks after each trip. MUST have fun! :)

We have a senior in high school at home and three grown children out on their own. We have a 7 yr old black lab/great Dane mix, and a 13 yr old Maine Coon cat. We love to camp in state parks and enjoy God's creation as often as possible, sometimes in our travel trailer, sometimes at resorts, and sometimes just going for long drives. Two favorite trips: Yellowstone, and Black Hills. Looking forward to see the southern states after retirement.
