Hello! We are listing our newer Class A Motor Coach. You too can enjoy your vacation on the road in this amazing home away from home. We camp in all seasons and we hope you will too! If you are thinking about heading South during the winter, great idea!! We don't shut down because it is cold here.
There is a private master suite with king bed, HD TV, and plenty of storage. There is a pull out couch and the dinette converts to bed. There is an HD TV in the main living area as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a huge refrigerator with plenty of room for your food and drinks.
There is an outside HD TV and an electric awning. The outside shower is great for cleaning off the sand and dirt before heading in for the night.
This is our home away from home while on our adventures. We hope you have some wonderful adventures too!
We'll show you how everything works and we will be available via phone to help you if you don't know how something works once you're on the road.
The bunk over cab will not be available for use, but the other 3 beds in the RV are available.
We will provide items such as: coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, plastic cups, utensils, bed linens, pillows, towels, and wash cloths on the inside. The outside stuff is, patio mat, basic toolkit, air pump, extra water supply hose, chocks, dumping hoses and fittings.
We will make sure the gas and propane tanks are full and the black and grey tanks are empty upon pickup. We appreciate it if you bring it back in the same condition. There is a gas station with propane fill and tank dumping services at a nearby campground if you should need.

Very enjoyable experience. Jason was detailed and concise in explaining the RV and its procedures. The vehicle was as described and is in excellent condition. We didn't have any surprises during our trip because of the onboarding procedures by the host. We would definitely recommend this RV experience.

I can't say enough about the entire experience - Jason is a great person, lovely to deal with, engaging, and fair. He explains everything well, even for experienced RV drivers. But if you're new to renting RV's, Jason can train you well to help your confidence in driving one of these large rigs. The RV itself is wonderful - drives beautifully, it's comfortable, was perfect for our trip, and it's outfitted well so you all you have to worry about is having fun. I enthusiastically endorse renting the FR3 from Jason.

Jason was awesome; he met us at Deam lake, had the RV all set up when we arrived. The rv was perfect for the three of us (originally it was going to be five and would have fit us well). Clean and spacious, everything worked great. This was a very last minute trip to see family, I was not the most organized trying to make it work to get us from KC to Indiana… Jason was patient and very flexible with my spazzy and last minute changes. Thanks Jason! Would definitely rent this RV from Jason again, if he would deal with me again lol!

This was a trip to remember. Jason was wonderful to work with, very kind, accommodating, and any hiccups-he was more than happy to help. They made this a seamless transaction. They are very upfront, helpful, and honest people to deal with. The RV is very clean, up to date, roomy. Only recommendation I could offer, is to have a print out laminated folder, with step by step instructions to keep on board for anything that you may need to use, (ex: emptying tanks, turning on heat, using generator, television, etc.). The walk through pre trip is helpful, it would just be nice to have more detailed instructions on board for everyone to be familiar with during the trip.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We work during the week, so weekend is best. If choosing a weekday for pickup, we can many times work this in, especially if we are able to complete the familiarization process during the weekend. The familiarization process can take 2+ hours. This makes the weekday pickup take only 15 minutes.
