5.0We had a very unusual family issue to resolve and it involved travel by auto from Florida to Michigan. We arranged with Emily to place her very clean and well equipped Minnie-Winnie Camper on our relative's property. Emily was very flexible regarding the duration of the rental because we did not know how long it would take to complete our business. The camper set-up was done in a timely fashion; details regarding the operation of the camper's many amenities were explained and our concerns were properly and completely addressed. 4.0The Micro Minnie Winnie was well organized and equipped for camping. (The only item not included was a toaster LOL). It tracked very well behind my truck and was very easy to set up. The Owner provided an extensive overview of the trailer and a nice laminated copy of the instructions (in case you forget how to do something). It is well suited for couples or a couple with child (one of the bunks was converted to storage space). Accessories/amenities were nicely arranged and AC and water heater work well. Tanks (gray and black water) seemed somewhat small but adequate for two for our 5 day trip. Only drawback was bedding - the mattresses are thin and somewhat uncomfortable. I would consider renting again in the future.

5.0Absolutely amazing experience, They walked me through every step of the operation, and had an excellent step by step sheet for setup and tear down. Very nice camper, easy to tow, setup and enjoy. Loads of extras to make the experience great. We had to cut our trip short due to events back home and they met us for early check in allowing us to return a night early and get back home. Fantastic experience and amazing people, highly recommended and will seek out again in the future. Thank you!!
