• Treat the RV as you would your own. • No smoking or vaping inside the RV at any time. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee. • Dogs are welcome with prior approval—no cats or other animals. Dogs must be house-trained, kept off furniture and beds, and never left unattended in the RV. Excessive pet hair or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. • No festivals, tailgating events, off-road use, or unapproved boondocking. • Renter must be 21+ and use a properly rated tow vehicle with brake controller and required hitch equipment. • RV must be returned in generally clean condition and free of damage. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if returned excessively dirty or damaged. • All black and gray tanks must be emptied before return unless a tank-emptying add-on is selected. A service fee will be applied if tanks are returned full. • RV is not babyproofed. Please keep a close eye on children at all times. Add-On Rules & Disclaimers • All add-ons are used at renter’s own risk and must be returned clean, dry, and damage-free. • Renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to add-on items. • Portable sewer tank must be fully emptied before return; an additional service fee will apply if not. • E-bike riders must be 18+, wear a helmet at all times, and lock the bike when not in use. No off-road riding or unapproved trail use. • Paddle board and screen tent must be returned clean, dry, and free of sand, mud, or mildew. • Late Return Late returns may result in additional charges. • Awning/Slide Disclaimer Damage to the awning or slide-out caused by wind or misuse is the renter’s responsibility. • No Roof Access No climbing on the roof unless approved. • Return Expectations: RV returned with tanks emptied (unless add-on selected), trash removed, dishes clean, and interior in generally tidy condition.
