Get back to basics and enjoy a family camping vacation in Luxury. This 44' RV has a raised full den with two sofas hide a bed (queen & double beds) and two rocking chairs, electric fireplace, 50” TV/DVD/CD with surround sound, large kitchen that includes full size pantry w pull out drawers, 23 cu ft ss refrigerator/freezer, propane stove/oven and microwave, dining room table w 4 chairs with lots of cabinets and storage space, 3pc bathroom with shower and hot water on demand, large master bedroom with king size bed, cedar lined walking closet, shelving closet, dresser and TV. You will also enjoy the small outside fridge, two BBQs, two large electric awnings and three extra-large storage compartments. All kitchenware (too much to list), linens including sheets, blankets & pillows, lawn chairs, beach cart/chairs/umbrella, outdoor carpets,propane and variety of games are included. This unit is also prepped for a generator and solar panel however, they are not included. Full demo is provided upon pick up and delivery/set up may be available.
