This 2020 Mallard M312 Bunkhouse is so comfortable that you won’t want to leave. It has everything you will need for a mini vacation or an extended staycation. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Lots of room. Even adults will be comfortable on the double size bunk beds next to the rear bath, and you can sleep on the Full bed in the front bedroom, larger groups can make use of the sofa bed and dinette for additional sleeping space. The sliding bedroom door saves floor space so you can move around more freely. This is the perfect trailer for a larger family!

When we got there the RV did not smell good, though was remedied after I wiped down the surfaces and fridge. When we got there we also did not have any water or power. This was available at 9:42 PM, hours after we started our vacation.

Rocklahoma is always crazy on delivery day, and even though your camper was set up prior to your arrival, unfortunately you did have to wait for me to get to you to swap generators that evening. I did speak to you AND your husband as he was standing beside and slightly in front of you. It was only when unreasonable requests were made and I was talked over that I concentrated the remainder of the conversation to your husband. I refunded your entire generator costs as a courtesy for the inconvenience and had no report of an unpleasant odor being present until this review. While we strive to exceed our customers expectations, sometimes it is hard depending on the situation. We are a very small company (2 employees, me and my wife) and sometimes we may not be the right service provider for every customer.
