This 2003 coach got a total makeover! We added a CoachLift which allows the user to sit in the lift chair, push the hand-held control button, then rise gently on the vertical lift
tube. The chair swings through the door opening into the interior of the RV, bringing the user to the living floor of the vehicle. The interior floor is all wood laminate, easy to roll and clean. All furniture is super comfortable and easy to wipe off. We even added a washer/dryer. Not 1, but 2 flat screen TVs. Back salon sports a ton of seating that converts to a queen bed when you need it. A modern and clean look makes it as functional as it is beautiful. Perfect for '1 tank trip' to get a change of scenery, trip to a festival, car race, or just to get the hell out of another brutal Cincinnati winter for a bit of sanity! Please allow at least 1 hour for a complete walk/drive through to cover all operations for a safe and enjoyable time. I will also have available a complete booklet explaining everything. And if you're a visual learner, like I am, we've compiled short videos on our Youtube channel demonstrating everything! For those without data or find themselves in a deadzone, there is a DVD of all the videos.Winter requires winterization. No waterlines can be used if the RV will be in states where freezing temps are possible. If traveling to warmer states, there is an additional fee of $100 for rewinterization.Additional items are available for your rental at an additional charge.

No smoking. Pets must be pre approved by us with an additional fee and deposit. I don't know why you'd want to, but no climbing on the roof. You're responsible for tire damage and awning damage. If it's windy, don't leave the awning out! Use common sense and please treat it like you'd want someone to treat yours. This is a big investment for me and when it's down for repairs I'm out my income. Thank you, and have fun.
