31 Foot RV is perfect sizes to be easily maneuverable while providing plenty of space for you and your family's touring this beautiful state of Alaska. There is one slide out in the living area for extra space. There are 6 seat belts and comfortably sleeps 6 adults and one or two child. It is very easy to drive and all of the amenities you'll need for your camping trip. RV is ran on gas only.
There is queen sizes bed in the back, a large cab over bed, couch converts to a twin bed, and dinette can convert to a bed although it is a bit shorter so it would be perfect for kid.You'll pick-up the RV with full gas tank and propane.Please DO NOT take RV on unpaved roads.
Please DO NOT take RV out of Alaska
Please DO NOT flash paper towels or wipes down toilets.Dumping black and Grey water tank before returning RV. If you don't have time please let me know in advance there will be a fee of $100.
Please clean RV before turning if not fee is $150.No smoking -----At all in RV. Please don't smoke or you will be --charge a hefty cleaning fee of $200. Please treat it like your own. Return it clean. Cleaning supplies located under kitchen sink
-Fuel / Propane Policy- Fuel tank must be full upon returning otherwise there is a $50 fees plus cost of fuel
-Checkout time 10am - 1pm and please ask me about pro-rated extension on pickup and return times-Must staying within State of Alaska..
-Pets are allowed. $100 deposit refundable $50 Fees per night

Hello I'm Lai I have been living in this beautiful state of Alaska since 1995. Alaska is home for me and so much beautiful things to do and see. I do lots of fishing , hunting and camping just being outside.

Wow is all we can say what an amazing time is Alaska. What amazing scenery and people and we would have never been able to truly experience without the wonderful RV we rented from Lai. She is the ultimate host. If you’re looking for the best host and Rv in Alaska you have found it. Thank you so much for making this a trip of our lifetime and one we won’t forget.
