We have a ‘No Pets’ policy due to potential allergens. There is a $500 fumigation fee for rentals having evidence of pets. We also enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy. Renters, at a minimum will forfeit entire damage deposit if there is any evidence of smoking.

5Very nice vehicle. Host was great. Responsive. I had a question while we were on the road and got an answer back right away when I reached out. Setting everything up on the front end was seamless as well. He communicated all the details in a timely manner.

5We thoroughly enjoyed our experience renting John's camper this past weekend! The vehicle had all the bells and whistles and provided us with a comfortable place to stay for four nights. The walk-through upon pickup was thorough, but we appreciated the detail. Definitely watch the videos to familiarize yourself with the vehicle beforehand. John was super friendly and flexible with our pick up and drop off times. Check-in and check-out were easy and we encountered no problems. My only suggestion for John would be to include tongs with the silverware/utensils! Hard to fry bacon without them ◡̈ we also should have double checked we had all our requested add-ons, like bath towels, so I'd advise future renters to just double check! We realized about 20 minutes after pickup that we didn't have them and John offered to provide them if we wanted to go back, but it wasn't a big deal, so we just purchased some at the store. Thank you John for sharing your vehicle for the weekend!

4John was great to work with and his rv was perfect for our trip. My wife and I drove from Chicago to Florida to take our daughter to college. On the way back, we camped two nights in the Great Smoky Mountains. This camper van was a great way to travel. We had a scary moment with a tire failure on the highway, but roadside assistance was able to get us back on the road. We were also able to communicate with John throughout the process. I would definitely recommend renting this van.

How do I fill the fresh water tank?

To fill the RV with fresh water (1) Connect water pressure regulator, flexible hose protector, water filter and fresh water hose onto the faucet in that specific order (2) Connect the remaining end of water hose to the RV Tank Fill Inlet behind the rear passenger door (3) See the Operator's Manual page 7-1 #1-3 for remaining instructions

How does electric hook up work?
A.
The RV can accept 30 or 50 amp electric hookups. (1) Use the yellow 50 to 30 amp DOGBONE ELECTRICAL ADAPTER when using a 50 amp hookup. (2) Next, plug the SURGE PROTECTOR onto the dogbone electrical adapter and verify status light is green. (3) Plug one end of the RV power to the surge protector and the other end onto the RV. Alternatively, you can also plug the RV to a 120V household electrical socket using the provided adapter and extension cable
