Provides thorough, responsive support
Han excels in communication, responding promptly to messages (even odd hours). He provides thorough walk-throughs for first-timers, offers informative videos, and gives national park insights, ensuring a smooth, accommodating experience.
Easy to drive and manage
This 2014 RV, though older, is described as being in good, clean, and well-equipped condition. Guests found it spacious for two, easy to drive and manage, even for first-time renters, and a perfect size for exploring national parks. One minor sensor malfunction was noted.

5.0Han was a great “host”. As a first time RV renter Han walked me through…the important parts. Great communication throughout, which is important. Pick-up and drop-off were easy. RV is 11 years old and has some “miles” on it but everything was in working condition. Thank you Han.
