Family Adventure Awaits in Our Fully Equipped Travel Trailer!

Owners were very responsive but unfortunately the camper had obviously not been cleaned inside or out. In order to feel comfortable staying there I had to sweep and wipe the floors and counters down. I waited for hours for hot water only to discover it had not been turned on during set up. I had no intentions of cleaning the shower, which needed it, so had to take showers at a friend’s camper and at the bathhouse. Disappointed

We rented an RV from Crystal for a family trip, and while there were some positives, a few issues kept this from being a top-tier experience. On the plus side, the RV was spacious enough for our family of five, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Linens were provided for all the beds, which was a big convenience, and the RV was delivered and set up right on time—huge points for that. However, I’m giving 3 stars because the RV wasn’t as clean as we expected. It’s a pet-friendly unit, which we were aware of, but there was a strong smell when we arrived, noticeable dog hair, and quite a few cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling. We ended up buying air deodorizer, wipes, and vacuumed to clean it ourselves, and kept the windows open to help air things out. Crystal was responsive, and we appreciated the overall setup. But with a deeper cleaning between rentals, this could have been a much better experience. I’d suggest it for travelers with pets or those who don’t mind doing a little cleanup on arrival.

Loved the camper and Crystal was amazing in response to any questions we had. Will definitely rent from her again.

Crystal was amazing and came in clutch when our first reservation was cancelled. Her camper was perfect for our family trip. We thoroughly enjoyed using the camper and we cannot thank her enough for stepping up to help. 10/10 would recommend.
