Only the cleaning fee and deposit is returned if cancelled less than 5 days in advance of pick up.PLEASE NOTE:For insurance purposes, only the verified drivers are able to drive the trailer.

Drop off by 11am (or if discussed with owner)
We will need time for a 20 min walk around before and after trip.No smoking allowed in camper at any times. If smoke smell is detected, a service fee of $100 will be taken off for smoke remediation and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter.We allow 2 dogs max! But we do have a $125 fee per dog on board. No other pets allowed.
Dogs are not allowed to ride in the trailer while they are being towed or to be left in the trailer unsupervised for any period under any circumstances.Please do not allow any dog on the furniture. If there is urine or feces smell upon return, a $150 cleaning fee will be assessed from your security deposit.Trailer must be returned cleaned. All tanks must be dumped and flushed. A cleaning fee for sanitizing the rig will be added at checkout.Dump Penalty: If you bring the trailer back without dumping and flushing twice-$150Messy Penalty: Bring back our baby clean or this is taken out of your Security deposit.-Paid on ReturnThis is our tiny family business, we are flexible just communicate with us, be nice and we'll make sure you have a great time!We’ve put our hearts into making this space warm and inviting and we’re so excited for you to enjoy it!
