5.0On a scale of 1 -10 they were an 11. Great experience overall. Deborah made the whole process simple, and Nate gave clear instructions on the functions of the camper. Nate helped set up the specialized trailer hitch and showed me the assembly and disassembly procedure. Deborah was readily available for follow up questions and always happy to help.
