Our office is closed on Sundays, so we do not allow RV pickups or deliveries on Sundays. If you schedule your RV for return on a Sunday or federal holiday, you'll need to sign a waiver. You'll also need to be in touch with us to coordinate returning the RV and follow the instructions we give you. You can bring pets on your trip, but you must pay a pet cleaning fee and a daily pet fee before you leave. If you bring a pet without paying these fees, you'll be charged a $2,000 fee. This is because having pets in the RV affects our ability to rent it out to people with pet allergies. When you return the RV, you must make sure the waste tanks are emptied and propane and fuel are refilled. If you don't empty the waste tanks, you'll be charged $150. If you don't refill the propane, you'll be charged $25 plus the cost to refill it. If you don't refill the fuel, you'll be charged $25 plus the cost of the fuel. You also need to lightly clean the interior of the RV before you drop it off. You must return the RV by 3PM on the scheduled day. If you return it late, there will be a $100 charge after a 30-minute grace period. You must coordinate the drop-off time with us, and you cannot drop off the RV without a staff member present unless you get permission first. You must confirm your pickup time with us. If you're late, we cannot guarantee a pickup time. Before you pick up the RV, you must watch all of the instructional videos and read all of the attached documents that we send you via email.
