*2 - 4.5 gallon Propane Tanks.
*We provide Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Toilet Paper and Cleaning Supplies.
*Drop-Off and Pick-Up available for a extra fee and depending on owners availability.
*Renters must dump grey and black water at a dump station before returning.
**We require trailer breaks, for your safety, and a 7 way RV Receiver for the rental of the trailer.
****Pick-up is at 11am. Drop-off is by 5pm.

Mike and Charlie started renting RV's and Supplies in 2017. Mike owns a Vacation Home Management Company out of Napa, CA for the last 7 years. Charlie is the owner/operator of his own Energy & Lighting Solutions Company that has operated for the last couple years. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Very Flexible
Q.50 miles per day doesn't seem like much.
A.
If you have a rental for 5 days you will be allowed 250 miles total for your trip. That includes the trip home. We do not prefer the rv to go out of driving distance in case of an emergency.
Q.Will the AC work off generator?

Q.When do we get our deposit back?
A.
We do not handle your deposit. We will inspect the RV on return date and approve a refund within 7 days of the return.
