2013 primetime avenger light weight roomy camper with 1 slide out all the appliances are auto light just turn on and that is it .power awning generally a nice unit new master bedroom mattress purchased late last year. This is now a stationary rental only .I also moved and now have several camp sites available Cosa è incluso• stationary only rental. Comes with full tank of water and propane .general there is an assessment or tank charge before may 1 and after labor day when temps are colder . I try and keep some plasticware paper plates and cups in the unit to get renters on their way .     I enjoy camping and was looking for some extra income as I am getting older and looking at retirement before I can't enjoy life so I thought I would try renting the campers I have and if it pans out moving to a full time business .
