Power Awning with LED lights, Power hitch, solar powered batteries to run lights and basic electricity. Bathroom has a door with a Toilet and Shower. Outside shower too. Tables, cookware, chairs, and all the necessary items to enjoy a camping trip. Aluminum Construction & Aluminum Wheels makes this camper light and easy to tow. Includes a stabilizer hitch as well. Full water hook ups available if you're at a site with water. Also has a water holding tank. TV swings from bed area to face the table/couch area. Outdoor TV mount. We are avid travelers, and enjoy seeing the country while not having to pack and unpack at each hotel, and cram into a vehicle! With an RV, you can go anywhere and be comfortable! We have recently purchased a lake home, so now the RV spends most of its time in storage, so we wanted other to enjoy the lifestyle without the expenses of RV ownership.
