Brook assisted with booking, pickup, and drop-off, gave detailed RV explanations, and was available for questions during the trip. He even credited a night for a pre-departure issue, demonstrating proactive support.
Well-equipped and maintained coach
Guests found the RV very nice and well-equipped, meeting all their needs. While one reviewer cited equipment malfunctions, the owner clarified these were due to renter-caused crash damage, which has since been fully repaired.

5.0Had an amazing trip with this RV! Brook was super helpful and made everything easy and smooth from booking, pick up, and drop off. He was also there for any questions I had on the trip. The RV was very nice and had everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend!

1.0If could give this renter a negative star rating I would. One third of the equipment on the rig was not working. The water heater did not work, we were unable to switch water sources so we could not dry camp. Screws were falling out of ceiling fan housings, sink mounts were becoming detached, handles on refrigerator were falling off. I would not rent from Sj Property LLC (Brook Swientisky). His equipment is crap.
