This RV is perfect for a quick weekend adventure or a weeklong cross country trip of a lifetime. We are located in the heart of Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef National Parks.This RV works great for group sizes from 2-12 people! Sleeping options include:
- Queen bed over cab (2 Adults or 3-4 kids)
- Queen bed in private bedroom (2 adults or 2-3 kids)
- Twin kitchen table - 5'11" long (1 adult or 2 kids)
- Twin couch - 5'8"long (1 adult or 2 kids)
- Twin bunks (2 beds) - 6'0" long (2 adults or 2 kids)We provide towels and cooking supplies at no additional cost. Renters typically bring their own blankets and pillows. For out-of-town guests we can make special arrangements to provide these for you as needed.Cleaning and Set-up fee covers RV cleaning, full tank of water, and the time it takes to get everything all set up and ready to go.Fuel tank and propane tank will be full at pick up and are to be returned full.Sewer tank is to be emptied prior to return. There are several free service locations in Cedar City. Or, if you'd prefer, we will take care of your sewer dumping for a $50 fee.The following restrictions are in place to help maintain the quality and cleanliness of our motorhome:
- No smoking or pets inside the unit. There will be a $500 cleaning fee taken from the deposit if any signs of smoking or pets are present upon return.
- Travel outside of the US is prohibited
- Off-road travel on non-public, unpaved, rough, logging roads, and sand dunes is not permitted
- No music festivals or Burning Man FestivalWe are committed to making your trip the best it can be! If you have any questions, requests, or special needs, please don't hesitate to contact us.
