This clean and very well kept (29' interior space 33' hitch to bumper) travel trailer sleeps up to 7 adults comfortably (9 if children double up on the couch and dinette). Equipped with a queen bed master quarters, 3 bunk beds in the back, U shaped dinette sleeper and a fold down couch. Full kitchen including a sink, cooktop, stove, fridge/freezer, 6 gallon hot water heater, and a microwave. It includes an outdoor kitchen with a sink and sprayer, cooktop, and AC refrigerator. The full bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and a shower/small tub combo. The camper has a lot of internal and external storage. It is equipped with an AC air conditioner and propane heater. A small tv is located in the main living area, connected to a radio and dvd player. The camper also has external speakers. A little further South we have Garden of the Gods, Great Sand Dunes National Park and the Royal Gorge. Rocky Mountain National Park, Chatfield State Park and River Run RV resort are also not far. We are a short distance to all that Colorado has to offer. -If you are dry camping and do not dump your waste a mandatory $140 dump charge will be added. If you choose to dump yourself you must dump the black tank first, then the gray tank. A see through dump elbow is provided so you can ensure that the tank is empty. Always dump the grey tank AFTER closing the black tank valve.
