5.0This was our first RV experience and I have to say it was perfect! The RV was wonderful and Josie was great with any help needed and with the walk through prior to taking off. I would definitely rent from her again.

5.0Amazing host Josie! I had some doubts because of one negative review, but I decided to try it myself. I rented this motorhome for a whole week, and it was absolutely the right decision. It’s very important to do a proper driving test beforehand — I passed it successfully and was able to safely drive throughout the entire trip. Josie showed and explained absolutely all the details and nuances of operating this RV. I received it in excellent, clean, and perfectly maintained condition. During the trip, my team used it with great care and love, and we were all very happy with our journey. We also shared some ideas with Josie on how this motorhome could be improved in the future. Josie was incredibly friendly and accommodating — she even adjusted to our late arrival time. Thank you, Josie and your mom, for this amazing trip! We are very happy and grateful. Will there be any charges to the renter for any missing items from the RV?
A.
Yes, the RV host goes over everything with the renter at the time of pick -up or delivery of all the items included in the rental. Any missing/damage items upon return or pick-up will be charged to the renter.

Will there be any charges to the renter’s account if there was a scratch or damage to the interior and/or exterior of the RV?
A.
Yes, for the interior damage or scratch, it’s recommended that the renter does purchase an Interior Damage Protection from Outdoorsy so that the renter can make a claim and get reimbursed for any charges of the RV owner in any event. If there is a damage and/or scratch on the exterior of the RV, the security deposit will be charged for it or through the renters insurance. The RV is 29 ft long, 8.5 ft wide and it needs 13 ft height clearance, kindly drive responsibly and cautiously.
