If you’re looking for a shiny and fancy van with the all the bells and whistles then Herbie is not for you. Herbie is however a great camper ideal for solo travellers or pairs happy to get cosy. Herbie is an authentically fun camper with all the basics you need for a good trip. A very comfortable drive and not bad on fuel at all.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Sometimes the van doesn't go into park all the way, so when you try to start it, it seems like the battery is dead, so all you have to do is make sure park is engaged all the way and it will start right up.

Q.

How does the battery system work?

A.

Mainly, the battery charges off of the alternator as you drive. However the van does have an electrical hookup if you're in a place where that is available. The battery should never die, even with the indoor lights on and devices plugged in. Just don't leave the headlights on by accident or the battery under the hood will die!

Hey, I’m Drew — born and raised in Casper, Wyoming, with a lifelong love for the outdoors. For the past couple of years, I’ve been living part-time in my camper van, exploring the mountain West and chasing adventure whenever I can. I’m passionate about skiing, photography, and spending time in wild places. When I’m not on the road or behind the camera, I work as a wildland firefighter — a job I’ve proudly done for the past four years. I’ve put the van to the test on countless trips, and now I’m excited to share it with others looking to experience the freedom and beauty of van life in Wyoming and beyond. Let the adventure begin
