We purchased it from an elderly couple who barely used it, and stored it indoors.
The wood cabinetry is Amish made. You can see the amazing condition in the photos attached!!
Unique features for a trailer this size are:
-Access to full Queen bed from 3 sides, including toe room for tall people!
-Stovetop AND Oven.
-Large capacity RV Fridge
-Outdoor grill that uses the onboard LP system
- 2" Hitchball with load balancing/sway control hitch.This is a perfect trailer for a small family, or a couple looking for a lot of room!
- Queen bed in the front with a Memory Foam mattress topper.
- Dining area where the seating area converts into a small bed.
- stereo system with indoor speakers,
- Kitchen comes complete with dishes, pots/pans, microwave, refrigerator, Oven and stove top
- 13,500 BTU A/C and 18,000 BTU Furnace
- Bathroom with small tub and shower.
- 6 Gal. Hot water heater with 30 gal. fresh water tank; 30 gal. grey water tank; 11 gal. black water holding tank
- We provide linens for the beds, you will need to provide pillows and blankets/sleeping bags.
- Lots of storage space inside for all of your supplies for a longer trip (Can haul 805+ Pounds of cargo)
- 20# Propane Tank
- Electric trailer brakes
- 7 pin trailer electrical connection, (4 Flat also available but the brakes are not active with this connection)
- Small generator available for rent for $10 per day fee plus $1.25 per hour of usage. (Will power everything)
This is an excellent smaller trailer with a large trailer feel! Can be towed with a few mid-sized SUVs, all large SUVs, and all 1/2 ton or larger trucks. The electric brakes and load balancing/sway control hitch make towing this trailer a breeze!
We have tried to supply you with all that you will need for a weekend , or a longer trip.
